ON THE ROAD 
 

 

These photos aim to put emphasis on the journey rather than the destination, as we often forget that our vacations start from the moment we get in the car or on the plane, not when we arrive at our planned destination.

The images below have been collected in between places, on the open road, during pit stops and breakdowns, snapshots of fleeting moments somewhere and nowhere. We often try to skip forward in time to when we believe our vacation actually begins, propel ourselves forward into 'vacation mode' rather than slowing down and embracing our changing environment, becoming aware of the fleeting moments of transition it takes to actually travel from once place to another.
